Dear Pres-elect Donald Trump and transition team:

You ask me: "Tell Us Your Story?" Very well! *My* story is that I'm a big Trump supporter, & I live in POLK County, Florida (Lakeland, e.g., between Tampa & Orlando), but I'm also very poor, & I'm a recipient of the POLK Care indigent health care, paid for my a 1/2-cent sales tax, and guess what? It works, and works well! (I got a cataract surgery as well as regular checkups.) So, why am I telling *you* this? Well, you (Pres-elect Trump, VP-elect Pence, lawmakers, & *all* staff) have been tasked with "repeal & replace." Fine! But, 'replace' with what? How about we use the POLK Care as a model, ok? [I know this answer seems too simple or "too good to be true," but sometimes the "simple" answer, per Occam's Razor, is the correct one.] PS: I'm OK with the other 'Conservative' ideas (for example, to allow competition across state lines), but these "other" ideas are merely icing on the cake. **My** idea is the whole cake itself. (Now, funding it might have to be modified from a sales tax to an equivalent Income or Use tax, but, hey, POLK County's plan works, and if it works, don't fix it -- rather, use it as a model to copy, and, yes, you may cite me, Gordon Wayne Watts, as the constituent who thought of this idea, should you speak to the press and want to clarify background details in your legislative actions, here.) PS: Yes, I've harassed... uh, I mean, sought constituent representation (let's be politically correct!) from my good friend, Rep. Dennis Ross (R-FL-15th) on this issue (and other issues), so you need to get him into gear & get him on board with this idea of mine (and my other ideas on your failing higher-ed challenges). -- I want you all to succeed, and I hope my ideas are encouraging and helpful.
